Exchanges will be carried out when the item is damaged or if you ordered the wrong size. It is possible to change the products of the shop as well as those of the outlet section. Exchanges are only allowed within fifteen (15) days of receiving your goods. The first change of size and design is free, from the second one shipping costs will be charged.
Swimwear can only be changed if it is in its original state.
Refunds are accepted as long as the product is in its original condition.
Faulty Item: If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed off your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or resend the product again.
*In the refunds the cost of the shipment is not refunded.
